Dr Rosie King graduated from the medical faculty at the University of New South Wales in Sydney in 1976, and worked in general practice for 12 years before specialising in sex and relationship therapy.
Dr King is an author, academic, educator and researcher with over 25 years of clinical experience.  Rosie King is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in the Sexual Health Medicine Chapter. She is a past president of ASSERT (Australian Society of Sexual Educators, Researchers and Therapists).
Dr King was a founding member of the Australian Centre for Sexual Health at St Luke's Hospital, Sydney, established in 1992. This centre was Australia's first multi-disciplinary centre for the treatment of sexual dysfunction, research into human sexuality and sex education.  Dr King is the author of the best selling book "Good Loving Great Sex" as well as textbooks and publications in peer-reviewed medical journals.
